Between the Margaritas & Embellishments!

And here is a look at my friend's 40th Birthday! By the way Sabrena doesn't look a day over 29! Beautiful skin and cutest figure. Darling! It was rip-roaring fun! With bumping music and lots of yummy men to dance with and chat the night away with friends. It was all about the yumminess! Lot's of sexy people celebrating! I hadn't danced the night away like that in a very long time. My poor Jim was away working hard, doing the toughest job (I am so biased...lol!). He was watching all those animals behind prison bars while his lovely wife was dancing the night away with friends. Jim is such a great man...not a jealous bone in his body! What can I say...*wink* I am pretty darn lucky!

Do you see that FISH BOWL of a glass?! That was filled Margarita! Yes...darn it! It's Sabrena's birthday and she can have a BIG GIRL'S drink if she wants to. LOL! I don't remember EVER seeing that glass empty! She danced with it, walked around with it, ate with it in her hand! It was a wonderful, fun evening. Night air was just right...and the music was great bumping music to make ones hips and feet start swaying. It was great fun to hang out with my bestfriend, Adrien and some of my co-workers from work! Hmmm...can't wait for my 40th B-day (which is 2 years away...don't rush it) I am so doing it big also!

Isn't this the cutest! It is an acrylic booklet! With places to add fun photos! I just made this tonight with some girlfriends at my other home...Scrapbook Addict! I have never made one of these and I was so pleasantly surprised how easy and fun this project was! I will be making a ton of these soon! And for anyone who knows me...the more embellishments and bling the better!!!!

And this is an easy project! Take any dollar spiral notebook. Trace front cover with textered cardstock and glue down to cover. And then add a contrasting patterned paper. And then cut a piece of contrasting ribbon and then add on flowers and rub-ons (over flower a bit) then buttons! And then using one of the greatest products...SOUFFLE (3-D opaque Puffy ink). It is waterproof on most surfaces and can be applied to most surfaces...which in my book ROCKS!

With much love,

40, you're kidding?
What's in the margeritas, fountain of youth juice?
I got to start drinking them instead of scotch.

Looks like everyone was having fun and to bad Jim wasn't there to dance and cuff you later for a private dance. ;)

By the way, are you trying to kill yourself by working 7 12 hour shifts back to back, or do you just enjoy torturing yourself? Shit girl, that's brutal. Hope you have about 7 days off to recover now.

You sure know how to throw a party. I could hear the ruckus all the way up here. I was 'this' close to calling the cops.

Thanks for you comments about my dad and your positive review of the screenplay. Another episode goes up tomorrow.

Yippie, all my friends are here and I was just about to tap Mark on the shoulder and say "Hey buddy, you might want to reread that first paragraph!" when he so kindly corrected himself. (I think he was sipping from Sabrena's glass when she wasn't looking.)

Wow, 40 looks terrific!!! I want to go there righ now. Think Cece can "poof" me back over at the Wild Onion?!!! If only. Damn.

Sabrena is absolutely gorgeous and so are you! It's nice to see your photo again. I'm so glad everyone had a wonderful time and I'm looking forward to your 40th blowout. Our dear friend on the east coast had a HUGE 40th blowout. We recieved our invitation to a surprise (by his wife) "black tie" affair and unfortunately weren't able to attend. It was lovely, even without us! Rob and I aren't very formal people, but you might be. Think about it for your blowout. How elegant. And wouldn't you look lovely in black with the pretty red lipstick you wear so well?!

Your new scrapbooking project is adorable and like Shutterspy, my eye went directly to the little birdie. I love bird! Keep up the good work. Now all you need are a few with those lovely 50's pinups!!! I know honey, I'd be a good scrapbooker cuz I got me some good ideas. ;) (Of course I'm laughing!)

LOVE YA BABY!
XO
